Improvements

New calculation option to ignore non-standard note heads
The Export button in the document toolbar now exports using the formats and folder defined in the general preferences. If no format is selected or the folder is not specified, the preferences window opens directly to the correct tab
New database for musical symbol recognition

Fixes

PDF files ending with one or more pages without musical notation were incorrectly considered non-musical and thus not processed
PDFtoMusic command line: on Windows, the palettes of the additional modules (Virtual Singer, Myriad HQ) would still appear briefly at startup.
