Un collaborateur de MakeMusic a laissé entendre (lire ci-dessous) que des améliorations sont prévues dans le manuel d'aide et que des réparations de bugs sont au programme, notamment suite à la collecte de données réalisée à partir de 2014d dans le logiciel lui-même.
On apprend aussi la disparition des plug-ins "Ligne de Commande" / "Command Line" et "Changer les têtes de notes" / "Change Noteheads" (fonction heureusement disponible ailleurs, dans le menu Utilitaires -> Changer -> Têtes de notes / Utilities -> Change -> Noteheads et via le plug-in - à installer - JW Change).
Aucune date de sortie n'est annoncée à ce stade.

We recently published an updated version of the User Manual that unintentionally included the information described in this thread.
As previously announced, our goal for Finale development going forward is to increase quality and improve user experience. Finale 2014.5, the next incremental update to Finale 2014, will continue our work toward modernizing Finale and improving its performance. We haven’t set a release date for the update, but already our development team has fixed numerous defects and are making use of the data collection we implemented in 2014d.
I’ve rolled back the online user manual to remove the information. While the release isn’t quite ready yet, rest assured that we’re well on our way to making Finale better than ever.
